His technical profile is complemented by advanced expertise in engineering automation tools, programming for technical applications (Python, AutoLISP, and Ruby), and technical and financial feasibility analysis. He has played a key role in landmark projects in Costa Rica such as the Orosí Wind Farm, Torito Hydroelectric Plant, Balsa Inferior Hydroelectric Plant, and the substations of the SIEPAC system. His professional background includes collaborations with international companies such as Iberdrola, Alstom, Techint, HL Ingenieros, Gamesa, and Unión Fenosa.
Throughout his career, he has held critical roles including assembly technician and supervisor of electrical and welding workshops. In 2021, she joined Antevista as Office Manager, where her leadership and organizational strengths quickly stood out. By 2022, she was promoted to Project Manager and Land Acquisition, taking a leading role in renewable energy development and site acquisition strategy.
Since 2024, MaryCarmen has also served as a partner at Antevista. As Project Manager, she oversees the coordination of team activities across multiple workstreams—managing priorities, deadlines, and responsibilities through detailed tracking systems.
